If you have pets then plan how you are going to get them to the new premises and how you will keep them safe and out of the way during the move
9. Disassemble Large Furniture
Dismantle furniture or organise with your removalist to dismantle your large furniture for you. This will minimise any risk of damage to large items scrapping against walls or doors and will help to pack your truck efficiently

11. Leave Details
Leave forwarding details for the new occupant of your house or office
12. Notify Neighbours
If the house is to be left vacant for a period of time inform the neighbours or police
